Organice: To-Do & Task Manager APP

My son is in the 6th grade and likes to forget things. All things. All the time. He is a great kid, however he is also easily distracted. I couldn't find an app that met all our needs - being easy to use, also kinda fun, and pushing him gently to do the tasks before they are due... so I wrote this task manager app for him and included all the things we needed:

- Repeatable tasks, so that he can get a grip on his daily and weekly routine.
- Additional rewards for tasks that are completed early, to accustom him not to finish at the last minute.
- Shared task lists (with configurable access permissions) for some .
- Easy-to-use navigation so that tasks can be added or altered quickly.
- Detailed description of each task to avoid discussions.
- Gamification and points gathering as an additional motivator.

The app was developed with the and of my son - and we hope that it will help others: Families with (disorganized) kids, people that like to structure their week, students... simply anyone who likes to stay organiced :)

How does the task manager work?

Organice is designed to be very easy to use. It allows you to efficiently create and manage your daily tasks and to-dos. With the option to repeat a task at a specific interval (every day, every week, every 4 days...), weekly and daily routines are easily translated into a checklist.

Task lists can be shared with other s. A feature that is not only useful for parents asg to-dos to their kids: The access to shared lists can be restricted, not allowing others to delete or add tasks.

The to do lists can be viewed and edited offline. No required. You can, however, create an which allows you to share lists, backup data and access your lists on different devices.

A reward system functions as an additional incentive to complete the tasks early. The young (and the young at heart) s can collect coins and use them to "pay" to postpone tasks. s receive additional coins if tasks are completed early. This helps against procrastination and to foster the habit to tackle tasks prior to their due date. There are no in-app purchases and the coins collected are entirely virtual.
