The Mosaic Mobile App is the convenient, on-the-go version of TTEC’s company intranet. Through our secure mobile app, discover TTEC news, information and tools. It’s accessible wherever you are, available whenever you need it.
Here are some of the basic features of the Mosaic Mobile App:
• Home: The Home tab shows recent news and noticeboard posts. You’ll also see your favorite workspaces, popular links, personal links and a helpful people search tool.
• Noticeboard: Read, comment and like company announcements. Subscribe to the channels that are relevant for you.
• People Search: Find and colleagues with only a few taps.
I Need To: “I need to…make travel plans.” Quickly find answers to common work questions and complete common tasks, such as submitting time off, changing your and more.
• My TTEC: Find important resources relevant to your career development and employee experience.
• Our Company: Learn about our business, values, leadership team and more. Quickly access other TTEC sites and company social media profiles.
• News: Keep up with company news stories.
• Locations: Connect with each of our sites around the world. Find basic information (weather, maps, etc.) and view local noticeboards.
• Workspaces: Share and collaborate with colleagues through public and private workspaces.
• Apps: Learn about key company applications and find helpful resources.
